The establishment of the factory has stopped the fact that forest growers have to rush to find out the output for products. And it has also stopped the preliminary processing and export of raw wood materials so far, shifting to processing of finished products exported to foreign countries, bringing real economic efficiency from the forest's resources, contributing to raising awareness for the protection and development of forest natural resources here.

Currently, the factory has guaranteed jobs and stable income for more than 200 employees with an average income of 5.7 million VND / person/month. Since its establishment, the company has supported the purchase of more than 400,000 high-quality acacia seedlings for the people of Vu Quang, Huong Son, and Huong Khe.
